Here’s how to locate your sales and funds in Square:
Check Your Transactions in Square #
- Log into your Square account and go to the Transactions page.
- Adjust the date filter to cover the full period when sales were made (for example This Year or Last Year).
- Ensure all filters (e.g., payment methods, location) are set to All to avoid hiding any transactions.
This will generate a list of all transactions. Click on each one to view payment details, fees, and total amounts transferred to you.
Why Orders Don’t Appear in Square’s “Orders” Section #
TicketsCandy transactions do not appear in Square’s Orders section because that section is designed for Square’s internal order reporting. Instead, your transactions will be visible in the Transactions sections.
Check Your Square Balance & Bank Transfers #
- Go to the Balance page in Square to see if any funds are sitting there waiting to be transferred to your bank account.
- If there are untransferred funds, it’s possible that you haven’t connected a bank account to Square for deposits. You may need to link your bank account in Square’s settings.
- If your balance shows 0, click on your location name, then navigate to Upcoming Transfers → View All Transfers.
- On the Activity page, adjust the date filter to This Year or Last Year to check if funds were deposited into your bank account. If transfers appear there, your payouts are functioning correctly.
