How to Enable Products #
- Products are available as an app in the App Marketplace.
- To enable it:
- Go to Add More Tools in the navigation menu of your Event Dashboard.
- Find the Products app in the App Marketplace and enable it.
- Once enabled, the Products feature will be added to your dashboard for easy access.
Product List #
Once products are created, they will appear as a list of cards, providing a snapshot of key details and allowing you to manage them efficiently.
Product Cards #
Each product is displayed as a card with the following details:
- Product Name: The name of the product.
- Product Price: The price customers will pay.
- Number of Products Sold: How many products have been purchased.
- Number of Products Left: Remaining inventory for the product.
- Product Status: Displays whether the ticket is On Sale or Sold Out.
- Options Menu: Located as a three-dot burger icon on the right side, with actions for managing the product.
Edit Products #
To edit a product, click the burger icon on the ticket card and select “Edit”. This allows you to update product settings, including price, description, and availability.
Duplicate Products #
To duplicate a product, click the burger icon and select “Duplicate”. This creates a new product with the same details, which you can modify as needed.
Delete Products #
To delete a product, click the burger icon and select “Delete”. This action removes the product from your list entirely.
Reorder Products #
You can change the order of products as they appear both in your dashboard and on your public side.
To reorder:
- Click and hold the arrows icon on the left side of a product card.
- Drag and drop the product to your desired position.
Search Products #
A search field is located at the top left corner of the Event Products page. Use it to quickly find products by name, especially helpful when managing a large inventory.
Sort Order #
You can sort products within the dashboard without affecting the public ticketing widget.
To sort:
- Use the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the Event Products page.
- Options include:
- Custom Sort Order: Based on your manual adjustments.
- Creation Date: Arranges products by the date they were created.
- Product Title: Orders products alphabetically.
- Quantity Sold: Prioritizes products based on how many have been sold.
Manage Products #
To create and manage products for your event, follow these steps:
- Enable the Products App
- Ensure the Products app is enabled in your Event Dashboard. You can enable it by navigating to App Marketplace under Add More Tools in the navigation menu.
- Access the Products Section
- Once enabled, go to your Event Dashboard and select Products from the navigation menu.
- Create a New Product
- Click the “Create Product” button located in the top right corner of the Products page. This will open a new page where you can customize your product details.
Product Name #
This is the name of the product, which will be visible to customers on your ticketing page and on e-tickets after purchase.
Product Description #
You can provide additional details about the product in the Product Description field.
Product Image #
Upload an image to visually represent your product. This image will be displayed to customers during the checkout process, making the product more appealing and easier to identify. Customers can click on the image to view a larger version for more details, ensuring they have a clear understanding of what they’re purchasing.
Price #
Set the price for the product under Price. If you’re offering a discounted rate, enter the reduced price in the Discount Price field.
Quantity Available #
Specify the total number of product available for sale under Quantity Available.
- Leave blank if product are unlimited.
Items Per Order #
Control how many products a customer can purchase in a single order by setting minimum and maximum limits under Items Per Order (Min-Max).
Start Sale On / End Sale On #
- Start Sale On: The date the product becomes available for sale. Leave blank to activate immediately.
- End Sale On: The date product sales end. Leave blank to keep the product available indefinitely.
Hide This Product #
Select “Hide This Product” to prevent the product from appearing on the widget while keeping it saved for future use.
Save Product #
Once all fields are filled out, click Create Product in the bottom-right corner to save your product.
