By default, all tickets in one order use the purchaser’s name. This means if someone buys multiple tickets, the same name will appear on all of them.
If you want each ticket to have its own attendee name, you can collect that information during checkout using Custom Questions.
Here’s how to set it up:
- Log in to your TicketsCandy account.
- Open your event dashboard.
- Click Add More Tools to open the app marketplace.
- Enable the Custom Questions app.
- Create a question like “Attendee Name”.
- Set the question to be required.
Once enabled, buyers will be asked to enter a name for each ticket during checkout. This way, every ticket will have its own attendee information instead of using just the purchaser’s name.
