The Subscriptions Page is your central hub for managing app subscriptions purchased through the TicketsCandy App Marketplace. Here, you can add or update payment details, track your billing history, manage active subscriptions, and cancel apps as needed.
Payment Details #
The Payment Details section allows you to manage your payment methods and view your billing history.
Here’s how it works:
- Adding Payment Details:
If no payment method has been added, you will see an “Add Payment Details” button. Clicking it will open a secure form where you can enter your credit card information. This card will be used for charging app subscription fees. - Updating Payment Details:
If a payment method is already saved, it will display partial credit card information for reference. You can update your payment details at any time by clicking the “Update Payment Details” button. - Viewing Billing History:
Next to your payment details is a “Billing History” button. Clicking this opens a new page where you can view past transactions and generate invoices.
Billing History #
The Billing History page provides a detailed record of all your payments.
- Table of Transactions:
Each transaction is listed in a table with essential details, including the date, amount, and payment status. - Detailed View and Invoices:
Each transaction row includes a “View” link. Clicking this opens a detailed breakdown of the payment and provides options to download invoices and receipts.
Active Subscriptions #
All active app subscriptions are displayed in the Active Subscriptions section.
This table provides the following details for each subscription:
- App Name: The name of the app you’re subscribed to.
- Start Date: The date the subscription began.
- Cancellation Date: If the app has been canceled, this field displays the date the subscription will terminate after the paid period ends.
- Price: The subscription price.
- Billing Cycle: The payment frequency (e.g., monthly).
- Status: The current status of the app:
- Active: The subscription is active and in use.
- Trialing: The app is in a free trial period.
- Past Due: Payment has failed, and a retry is scheduled. If retries fail, the subscription will be canceled.
- Pending Cancellation: The app is set to be canceled after the paid period ends.
Cancel Subscriptions #
To cancel a subscription:
- Locate the app in the Active Subscriptions table.
- Click the three-dot menu icon on the right side of the row.
- Select Cancel.
When a subscription is canceled, it remains active until the end of the billing period that has already been paid for. After that, it will be removed from the Active Subscriptions list.
