The Reports section provides detailed insights into how your event is performing. You can access it by navigating to your Event Dashboard and clicking on Reports.
The Reports section is divided into three categories:
- Orders – A summary of all ticket orders and transactions.
- Items – A breakdown of ticket sales and additional products.
- Remarketing – Remarketing data and performance.
Orders #
When you open the Reports page, the first tab that loads is Orders, which provides an overview of your event’s sales performance.
Filters #
At the top of the Orders Reports page, you will find a set of filters to refine your report data. These filters allow you to customize the view based on various criteria.
- Filter by Date – Select a specific date range to view reports for orders placed within that timeframe.
- Date Presets – Instead of manually selecting dates, you can use preset options to quickly filter data:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 Days
- Last 14 Days
- Last 30 Days
- This Week
- Last Week
- This Month
- Last Month
- This Year
- Last Year
- Order Status – Filter orders based on their current status:
- Completed – Successfully processed orders.
- Refunded – Orders that have been refunded.
- Awaiting Payment – Pay-at-the-door orders that have not yet been marked as paid.
- Failed – Orders that were unsuccessful due to payment issues.
- Canceled – Orders that were manually canceled.
- Payment Method – View orders based on how the payment was processed:
- Square Online – Paid using a credit or debit card via Square.
- Square Stand/Reader – Processed through a Square Stand or Reader.
- Square Terminal – Payments made using a Square Terminal device.
- Pay at the Door – Orders that were created online but require in-person payment.
- Invitation – Attendees manually added by the event organizer.
- No Payment Required – Free orders that do not require payment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) #
Below the filters, you will see a set of KPI tiles displaying overall order statistics. These provide a quick overview of your event’s financial performance. Clicking on a KPI tile updates the graph below to reflect data for that specific metric.
The available KPIs include:
- Orders – Total number of orders placed.
- Gross Sales – The total amount of all sales, including taxes and fees.
- Taxes – The total amount of taxes collected on orders.
- Fees – The total amount of fees collected on orders.
- Coupons – The number of times coupons were used.
- Coupon Amount – The total discount amount applied through coupons.
- Refunds – The total number of refunds issued.
- Refund Amount – The total monetary value of all refunds.
Daily Table #
The Daily Table at the bottom of the page provides a date-by-date breakdown of order statistics. This allows event organizers to analyze trends over time and make data-driven decisions.
Each row represents a single calendar day within the selected date range, displaying key financial details for that specific day.
Columns in the Daily Table
- Date – The calendar day for the row’s data.
- Orders – The total number of orders placed on that day.
- Gross Sales – The total sales amount for the day.
- Taxes – The amount of taxes collected on orders for that date.
- Fees – The amount of fees collected from transactions on that day.
- Coupons – The number of times discount codes were used that day.
- Coupon Amount – The total discount value applied through coupons.
- Refunds – The number of refunds issued that day.
- Refund Amount – The total amount refunded on that date.
Table Customization & Exporting
At the top-right corner of the table, you will find two options:
- Column Selection Dropdown – Customize which columns appear in the table.
- Export Button – Download the orders report as a CSV file for further analysis.
Items #
The Items tab within the Reports section provides a detailed breakdown of all items sold in your event orders. This includes tickets, add-ons, donations, ticket bundles, and other products.
Filters #
At the top of the Items Reports page, you will find filters that allow you to customize the data displayed.
- Filter by Date – Select a specific date range to view reports for items sold within that period.
- Date Presets – Quickly filter reports using preset date ranges:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 Days
- Last 14 Days
- Last 30 Days
- This Week
- Last Week
- This Month
- Last Month
- This Year
- Last Year
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) #
Below the filters, a set of KPI tiles provides a high-level overview of item sales. These metrics help event organizers assess overall performance.
Above the KPI tiles, there is a toggle switch that allows you to change the display between:
- Quantity – Shows the number of items sold.
- Amount – Displays the total revenue generated from each item type.
KPIs Displayed:
- All Items – Total number of all items sold.
- Tickets Sold – The total number of tickets purchased.
- Addons Sold – The total number of add-ons sold.
- Donations Sold – The total number of donation transactions processed.
- Bundles Sold – The total number of ticket bundles sold.
- Products Sold – The total number of standalone products sold.
When switching from Quantity to Amount, these KPIs will reflect the total revenue generated for each category.
Items Table #
At the bottom of the Items Reports page, a table displays a detailed breakdown of all sold items, including sales performance and revenue.
Filters for the Items Table
- Located at the top-left corner of the table, there is a filter dropdown that allows you to refine the table view by item type:
- Tickets
- Addons
- Donations
- Products
- Bundles

Remarketing #
The Remarketing tab within the Reports section provides insights into the performance of your remarketing campaigns. This report is only available if you have enabled the Remarketing App for your event and an active campaign is running.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) #
Below the filters, a set of KPI tiles provides an overview of your remarketing campaign’s effectiveness. These metrics help event organizers assess how well their campaigns are converting abandoned visitors into ticket buyers.
Each KPI tile represents a key metric, and clicking on a tile updates the graph below to reflect data for that specific metric.
- Emails Sent – The total number of remarketing emails sent to potential customers.
- Website Visits – The number of users who clicked the link in the remarketing email and visited your event page.
- Orders – The number of ticket orders completed after customers clicked through to the event page from the remarketing email.
- Gross Sales – The total revenue generated from remarketing-driven orders.

At the bottom of the Remarketing Reports page, a table displays a daily breakdown of remarketing-driven sales and revenue.
At the top-right corner of the table, you will find:
- Column Selection Dropdown – Customize which columns appear in the table.
- Export Button – Download the remarketing orders report as a CSV file.

- Date – The calendar day for the row’s data.
- Orders – The total number of remarketing-driven orders placed on that date.
- Gross Sales – The total revenue generated from remarketing orders on that day.
- Taxes – The amount of taxes collected from remarketing orders on that date.
- Fees – The total amount of fees collected from remarketing transactions on that day.
