Easily sell tickets for your event in person using Square Terminal, an all-in-one credit card machine. Square Terminal allows you to accept payments via credit and debit cards, contactless (NFC) cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and even print receipts for your customers, making it a powerful solution for walk-in sales.
How It Works #
To integrate Square Terminal with TicketsCandy for seamless ticket sales:
- Connect Square Terminal to Your Event: Link your Square Terminal to your TicketsCandy event to synchronize transactions.
- Open the Box Office Page: Access the dedicated Box Office page for the connected terminal.
- Start a Ticket Sale: Begin a ticket order on the Box Office page.
- Communicate with Square Terminal: During the payment step, the Box Office page communicates with Square Terminal to process the in-person payment.
- Process the Payment: Once the payment is processed, Square Terminal sends confirmation back to the Box Office page, completing the order in TicketsCandy.
- Unified Reporting: All sales – online and in-person – are logged within TicketsCandy, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with event settings. These transactions are independent of Square’s internal product catalog.
