The hosted Event Page is a ready-to-use platform for selling tickets and showcasing your event. There’s no need to create additional websites or pages – this feature allows you to start selling right away. Brand it with your logo, images, detailed information, and social media links to create a professional and engaging experience for your customers.
Accessing the Event Page #
To access and manage your Event Page:
- Go to your Event Dashboard.
- Click on Sell Online > Event Page in the navigation menu.

A unique link to your Event Page that can be shared via email, social media, or other communication channels to connect directly with your audience.
Event Page QR Code #
Generate a dedicated QR code for your Event Page. Download and include it in your promotional materials such as flyers, posters, or digital ads. Scanning the QR code allows customers to instantly access your Event Page.
Event Button #
The Event Button allows you to generate a custom button that links directly to your Event Page, making it easy to add to your website without any coding skills. This tool provides a seamless way to direct visitors to your event with a professional and branded look.
- Click the Generate Button button.
- A popup will appear with customization settings for your button.
- Customize the button appearance to match your website’s design:
- Background Color – Select a color for the button background using the color picker or by entering a hex code.
- Font Color – Choose a color for the button text (“Buy Tickets”) using the color picker or by entering a hex code.
- Button Code – Copy the automatically generated code and paste it into your website to display the button.
- Saving and Resetting:
- Save Button – Click Save to apply and publish your changes. Any future style changes will automatically update everywhere the button is placed.
- Reset Button – Reverts the button colors to default settings.
Basic Info #
Key event details displayed on your Event Page are pulled directly from your main event settings, ensuring consistency and ease of setup:
- Event Name: The name of your event, as set in Event Settings > General.
- Location: The event address, sourced from Event Settings > General.
- Organizer: Organizer details, also pulled from Event Settings > General.
- Event Type: Choose a category that best describes your event, helping customers find it more easily.
- Website: Include a link to your website for additional details.
- Social Media Accounts: Share links to your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube profiles to boost engagement.

Create a visually appealing Event Page by adding personalized branding elements:
- Logo: Upload your business logo to prominently feature your brand on the page.
- Main Image: Add an eye-catching hero image to serve as the header of your Event Page.
- Short Summary: Provide a concise summary of your event to capture interest quickly during promotions.
- Detailed Description: Write a full description of your event, including what attendees can expect.
Media Gallery #
Enhance your Event Page with multimedia to attract more attendees:
- YouTube Video: Add a YouTube video link, and it will be embedded directly into your Event Page for a dynamic, engaging experience.
(Tip: Use the full YouTube URL instead of shortened links like youtu.be for compatibility.) - Image Gallery: Upload up to 20 high-quality images to showcase your event and create a visually rich experience for visitors.
