Ticket Bundles are customizable ticket packages that combine multiple tickets into a single offering for convenience and value. This feature allows you to create grouped tickets with a custom name and price, making it easier for customers to purchase multiple tickets at once.
To create and manage ticket bundles for your event, navigate to your Event Dashboard and select Items > Tickets. Then, click on the “Create Bundle” button in the top right corner of the page. This will open a new page where you can set up and customize ticket bundle details. Below is a detailed guide for each field and option available in the ticket bundle creation process:
Create Bundle #
Bundle Name #
This is the name of the ticket bundle, which will be visible to customers on your ticketing page and on e-tickets after purchase.
Bundle Description #
You can provide additional details about the ticket in the Bundle Description field.
- Default Behavior: The description is initially hidden to save space, with an option to expand.
- Always Expanded: Check the “Description Always Expanded” box to make the description permanently visible.
Bundle Price #
Set the price for the ticket bundle under Bundle Price. If you’re offering a discounted rate, enter the reduced price in the Discounted Bundle Price field.
Quantity Available #
Specify the total number of ticket bundles available for sale under Quantity Available.
- Leave blank if tickets are unlimited (e.g., for ongoing events such as museums).
Bundles Per Order #
Control how many ticket bundles a customer can purchase in a single order by setting minimum and maximum limits under Bundles Per Order (Min-Max).
Start Sale On / End Sale On #
- Start Sale On: The date the ticket bundle becomes available for sale. Leave blank to activate immediately.
- End Sale On: The date ticket bundle sales end. Leave blank to keep the ticket available indefinitely.
Ticket Icon #
Add a visual element to your ticket bundle by selecting a Ticket Icon, which will appear next to the bundle name on the ticketing widget.

- Specify the quantity of each ticket to be included in the bundle.
- Add More Tickets
- To include additional ticket types in the bundle, click on the “Add More” button.

Cannot Be Sold Individually #
Use this setting to require ticket bundle to be sold alongside other tickets.
Hide This Ticket #
Select “Hide This Ticket” to prevent the ticket bundle from appearing on the widget while keeping it saved for future use.
Create Bundle #
Once all fields are filled out, click Create Bundle in the bottom-right corner to save your ticket bundle.
How Ticket Bundles Work #
When a customer purchases a bundle, the tickets included within it function as if they were purchased individually. For example, a bundle containing 2 adult tickets and 2 kids’ tickets will result in the customer receiving 2 adult tickets and 2 kids’ tickets. Each ticket will indicate that it was part of a bundle, along with the bundle name and price listed as a parent group.
Event Integration #
Attendee Management:
Each ticket in the bundle creates a separate attendee in the Attendees list for the event.
Stock Management:
The ticket quantities for each type in the bundle are deducted from the available stock. For instance, if 2 adult and 2 kids’ tickets are sold as part of a bundle, the ticket report will show:
- 1 bundle sold
- 2 adult tickets sold
- 2 kids’ tickets sold
Time Slot Capacities:
- If tickets in the bundle are linked to specific time slots, their capacities will also be reduced.
- For example, if the bundle includes tickets for a 2 PM time slot with a capacity of 100, after purchase, the capacity will reduce to 96 (2 adult + 2 kids).
- The bundle ticket itself cannot be linked to time slots; only the internal tickets manage time slot connections.
Custom Questions and Rules #
Custom Questions:
- If tickets within a bundle have custom questions, these will appear for each ticket individually during checkout.
- For example, if each kids’ ticket has a question asking for the child’s name, the question will still apply when purchased through a bundle.
Custom Rules:
- Custom rules for individual tickets, such as dynamic pricing, are ignored when those tickets are part of a bundle. The bundle price governs the total cost for the group.
- You cannot create custom questions or rules for the bundle itself.
Bundle Activation and Requirements #
Automatic Requirement Checks:
- The system continuously checks if the tickets included in the bundle meet availability requirements.
- For example, if the bundle requires 2 adult tickets but only 1 is left in stock, the bundle will be automatically deactivated.
Suspended Status:
- When a bundle fails the requirement check, it will be marked as Suspended in the ticket list.
- To reactivate it, visit the bundle settings to identify and resolve the issue, such as restocking the required ticket type.
