It serves as your personalized organizer page, enabling customers to browse your events and view event details. With the Event Catalog, you can enhance your brand presence and offer a convenient way for customers to explore your offerings.
Accessing the Event Catalog #
To access and manage your Event Catalog:
- Go to your Organizer Panel.
- Click on Event Catalog in the navigation menu.
Page Visibility #
- Hide: Your Event Catalog page remains private and accessible only to you when logged in. This is ideal for drafts or when you are not ready to share it with the public.
- Publish: Makes your Event Catalog page visible to everyone. Once published, customers can easily access your events and purchase tickets directly.
- Action Required: Select an organizer from the settings and save to make the page live.
Event Catalog Link #
- Event Catalog Page Link: A unique link to your Event Catalog page that you can share with your audience through email, social media, or other channels.
- Event Catalog Page QR Code: Generate a custom QR code linked to your Event Catalog page. Download and incorporate it into promotional materials such as flyers, posters, or digital ads. Customers can scan the QR code to instantly access your events.
Organizer #
Choose the organizer details to display on your Event Catalog page.
Details #
- Logo: Upload your business logo to prominently feature your brand.
- Main Image: Add a visually engaging hero image to appear as the header of your Event Catalog page.
- Detailed Description: Include a custom description to introduce your organization, highlight your mission, or share details about your events.
Contact #
Add key contact details to ensure customers can reach you easily:
- Address: Enter your organization’s physical address.
- Website: Provide a link to your website for additional information.
- Social Media Accounts: Share links to your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube profiles to enhance customer engagement.
