To locate your account settings, you can go to “My Account” on the left-hand side of your Organizer Panel. Your account settings are where you will find account owner information and password settings.
Account Owner #
At the top of “Account Settings” is “Account Owner” section. This is where you can change the name of the owner, as well as the main email address associated with the account. If you would like to receive order notifications through a different email address or your business email address has changed, this is where you can make that change.
Be sure to click “Save Account Details” at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Change Password #
This section allows you to change your password by entering a new one under the “New Password” section and then confirming the new password. You will need to enter the old password where it says “Old Password” in order to create a new one.
If you can’t remember your password, you can always click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it.
Be sure to click “Save Account Details” at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) #
Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a verification code from an authenticator app during login.
Setup #
To enable 2FA, click the Set Up Authenticator button in the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section. A popup will open with setup instructions.
Authenticator App QR Code #
A QR code will be displayed. Scan this code using Google Authenticator or any TOTP-compatible app.
After scanning, the app will generate a verification code.
Confirm Two-Factor Authentication #
Enter the verification code from your authenticator app into the Authentication Code field, then click Verify to complete the setup.
Recovery Codes #
After successful verification, a list of recovery codes will be shown.
These codes can be used to log in if you lose access to your authenticator app.
- Store them in a safe place
- Each code can be used only once
After saving your codes, click Done.
The Two-Factor Authentication section will then show:
- Status: Enabled
- The date it was activated
Remove 2FA #
To remove or reset 2FA, click the trash icon in the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
Once removed, you can set it up again at any time.
Regional Preferences #
Control how TicketsCandy appears both to you and to your customers. It also provides information about your account currency, which determines the currency used across all events under your account.
Public Event Language #
Sets the language displayed on your event pages, checkout flow, and customer-facing content. You can choose from English, Spanish, and French.
Admin Dashboard Language #
Sets the language for your organizer dashboard, including event tools and management. You can choose from English, Spanish, and French.
Account Currency #
Displays the default currency associated with your account. This currency is automatically set based on the country you selected during registration and applies to all events created under your account.
The currency shown in this field cannot be changed, as it is tied to your account region for compliance and payment processing purposes. It is provided for information only to ensure clarity when managing events and transactions.

- Canada: Canadian Dollar (CAD)
- United Kingdom: Pound Sterling (GBP)
- Australia: Australian Dollar (AUD)
- Ireland: Euro (EUR)
