Reports

12 min read

The Reports section provides detailed insights into how your event is performing. You can access it by navigating to your Event Dashboard and clicking on Reports.

The Reports section is divided into three categories:

  • Orders – A summary of all orders and transactions.
  • Items – A breakdown of ticket sales and additional items.
  • Remarketing – Remarketing data and performance.

Orders #

When you open the Reports page, the first tab that loads is Orders, which provides an overview of your event’s sales performance.

The Orders page includes two report tabs:

  • Tickets
  • Memberships

The Tickets tab shows order reports for regular event sales, including tickets, products, add-ons, donations, and other standard checkout items.

The Memberships tab shows order reports for membership purchases and renewal payments. Memberships are tracked separately because they use a separate checkout flow and recurring subscription system.

The Memberships tab will still appear in the Orders section even if the Membership Plans app is not enabled for the event. If there are no membership sales, the report will simply appear empty.

Tickets #

The Tickets report tab includes filters, KPI tiles, a performance graph, and a daily breakdown table. These tools help you review regular ticket order activity, track revenue, view refunds, and analyze order trends over time.

Filters #

At the top of the page, you will find a set of filters to refine your report data. These filters allow you to customize the view based on various criteria.

  • Filter by Date – Select a specific date range to view reports for orders placed within that timeframe.
  • Date Presets – Instead of manually selecting dates, you can use preset options to quickly filter data:
    • Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year
  • Order Status – Filter orders based on their current status:
    • Completed – Successfully processed orders.
    • Refunded – Orders that have been refunded.
    • Awaiting Payment – Pay-at-the-door orders that have not yet been marked as paid.
    • Failed – Orders that were unsuccessful due to payment issues.
    • Canceled – Orders that were manually canceled.
  • Payment Method – View orders based on how the payment was processed:
    • Square Online – Paid using a credit or debit card via Square.
    • Square Stand/Reader – Processed through a Square Stand or Reader.
    • Square Terminal – Payments made using a Square Terminal device.
    • Pay at the Door – Orders that were created online but require in-person payment.
    • Invitation – Attendees manually added by the event organizer.
    • No Payment Required – Free orders that do not require payment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) #

Below the filters, you will see a set of KPI tiles displaying overall order statistics. These provide a quick overview of your event’s financial performance. Clicking on a KPI tile updates the graph below to reflect data for that specific metric.

The available KPIs include:

Memberships #

The Memberships report tab shows sales and payment activity related to membership plans.

This report is separate from regular ticket orders because membership purchases use a separate checkout process and may include recurring renewal payments. The Memberships report helps you track new membership purchases, renewal payments, total membership revenue, and refunds.

Filters #

At the top of the page, you will find filters that allow you to refine the report data.

  • Filter by Date – select a specific date range to view membership activity within that timeframe.
  • Date Presets – instead of manually selecting dates, you can use preset options to quickly filter the report:
    • Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year

Tickets #
