If your time slots appear unavailable before they should, check the following:
1. Verify the Time Zone #
If a time zone is not configured, the system defaults to UTC (0), which can cause slots to appear locked.
To fix this:
- Go to your event dashboard.
- Navigate to Event Settings > General.
- Under Timezone, select your correct time zone and save changes.
2. Adjust Time Slot Expiration #
By default, a slot may be set to deactivate at its start time instead of its end time.
To fix this:
- Go to your event dashboard.
- Navigate to Time Slots.
- Next to your calendar name, click the three dots icon and select Settings.
- In the Time Slot Expiration field, choose At End.
Example: A slot from 1pm–5pm will remain active until 5pm instead of disabling at 1pm.
