How can I make multiple tickets share the same stock inventory (capacity)?

You can do this by using the Shared Capacity feature. It lets several ticket types pull from one common stock number.

Here’s how to set it up:

1. Open your event dashboard.
2. Go to Event Settings → General.
3. Turn on the Shared Capacity for Event Tickets option.
4. Enter the total number of tickets you want to sell across all ticket types.
5. Save your settings.

Next, assign tickets to that shared stock:

1. Open the ticket you want to edit.
2. In the Quantity Available field, select Shared Capacity.
3. Save the ticket.
4. Repeat this for any other tickets that should use the same stock.

That’s it.

All tickets set to Shared Capacity will now pull from the same inventory. When the shared stock runs out, all those tickets will be sold out at the same time.
