The Password Protect app lets you make your event page private by requiring visitors to enter a password before viewing it. When this feature is enabled, anyone opening your event link will first see a password entry screen. Only users who enter the correct password will be able to view the event details, ticket options, and complete their purchase.
This feature is ideal for invite-only events, early-access launches, or private gatherings where you want full control over who can access your event page.

How to Enable Password Protect #
Password Protect is available as an app in the App Marketplace. To enable it:
- Go to Add More Tools in the navigation menu of your Event Dashboard.
- Find the Password Protect app in the App Marketplace and enable it.
Once the Password Protect app is enabled, a new Password Protect section will appear in your event dashboard’s navigation panel.
Password Protect Settings #
You can manage your password settings in your event dashboard under Add More Tools > Password Protect.
Add / Change Password #
Enter or update the password that will be required to access the event page.
Custom Message #
Add an optional message that will appear above the password form. This is a good place to include instructions, reminders, or any special note.
