Event reviews are a powerful tool for enhancing your event’s appeal, credibility, and visibility. Customers can leave ratings and reviews only after they have been checked in, ensuring that all feedback comes from verified attendees. These reviews appear directly on your event page, helping to build trust with potential ticket buyers and encouraging more sales.
In addition to boosting attendee confidence, event reviews also improve your event’s visibility in search results. Search engines index these reviews, making your event more discoverable online. Moreover, you have full control over managing reviews to ensure they align with your event’s branding and audience expectations.
How to Enable Event Reviews #

If you wish to disable Event Reviews, follow these steps:
- Go to Add More Tools in the navigation menu of your Event Dashboard.
- Find the Event Reviews app in the App Marketplace.
- Toggle the switch off to disable reviews.
Note: Disabling Event Reviews is not recommended, as reviews enhance your event’s credibility and can significantly boost ticket sales.
