# Event Overview

The **Event Overview**is the page for managing and monitoring your event's key metrics. To access this page:

1. Go to **My Events** from your Organizer Panel.
2. Click on the **name of the event** or the **"Manage Event"** button.

## Quick Setup Guide

At the top of the Overview Page, you’ll find the **Quick Setup Guide**. This section provides a checklist of essential steps to help you set up and launch your event efficiently. Follow these steps to ensure your event is configured correctly and ready for attendees.

## Event Performance Widgets

Below the Quick Setup Guide, you'll find performance widgets that display important statistics for the last 30 days. These widgets give you a snapshot of your event's performance, helping you track key metrics at a glance:

#### **Gross Revenue**

- Displays the total revenue generated in the last 30 days.
- Includes completed and refunded orders.
- Excludes awaiting payment, canceled, and failed orders.

#### **Orders**

- Shows the total number of orders placed in the past 30 days.
- Includes completed and refunded orders.
- Excludes awaiting payment, canceled, and failed orders.

#### **Items Sold**

- Tracks the total number of tickets and products sold over the past 30 days.
- Includes all types of items, such as regular tickets, add-ons, donations, bundles, and products.
- Includes completed and refunded orders.
- Excludes awaiting payment, canceled, and failed orders.

#### **Refunds**

- Displays the total amount refunded within the last 30 days.
